Healthy Habits (Sugar)
People should eat/drink less sugar. Sugar has three main reasons why you shouldn't have it. One reason is it makes people hyper and less focused.Another,it makes teeth decay and causes cavities.The last main reason is it's can make you gain extra weight.How much sugar we should have is 10 grams a day ,but in fact we eat/drink 100-200 grams ,and all of this is not on Hallaween. So do yourself a favor ,and eat/drink less sugar!
